The Chasen Brew Matcha Spoon is a handcrafted bamboo scoop (Chashaku) — the traditional tool for dosing matcha. Its curved shape picks up exactly the right amount of powder: one level scoop equals about 1 g, and you use 1–2 scoops per bowl.

Made from natural bamboo, traditionally crafted by hand. Small variations in colour and grain are part of the craft and make every scoop one of a kind.

Add 1–2 level scoops (1–2 g) of matcha to a bowl, add about 50 ml of hot water (max 80°C) and whisk with a bamboo whisk (Chasen) until frothy. Enjoy it pure, or add milk (hot or iced) for a latte.

Rinse with clear water after each use — no detergent and never in the dishwasher. Let it air-dry.
